Build OpenWrt firmware for TL-WR840N hardware version 2.0 and 3.0 having LUCI web interface - chankruze/TL-WR840N.

I've slightly modified the guide to be for this router and other routers that have a 4MB flash. For convenience, wifi is enabled by default on first boot.
